HER STORY

Sharee Williams, PhD, is a holistic practitioner who works with the whole woman: body, mind, and spirit. Her practice began with her own healing, the slow, unglamorous work of facing her own wounds and discovering she was created for more than her beginning. What she learned in that process became her calling.

Out of that work came 3 Phases of Becoming a Woman, a transformative movement for women ready to move beyond survival mode. Sharee brings steadiness and warmth to this work, where real healing and growth can happen. Her conviction is simple: healing is not a detour from your purpose. It is the way in.

3 Phases of Becoming A Woman

THE MOVEMENT

Not a formula, but a framework for becoming. Each phase asks something different of you, and each one unfolds best when shared with women who understand the journey.

I.

Remember

BE A KID AGAIN

We reconnect with the little girl you were. Dolls, toys, the things you loved before anyone told you to grow up. No agenda, no analysis. Just play. This is where your becoming begins.

II.

Reveal

REAL, VULNERABLE CONVERSATION

In this phase you speak the truth about the wounds that have shaped you. And you do it witnessed, held by women who recognize their own stories in yours.

III.

Rise

THE BECOMING

The becoming. All that you’ve remembered, all that you’ve released, converges into action. You step into the woman who was always there, waiting. No longer in survival mode. You move into the fullness you’ve been designed for.

What Women are Saying

"The experience that I had was remarkable! I was able to open up my heart and shed some tears that I’ve been holding in for quite some time.”

Kristina Ortega, 49

"This is more than a workshop. It’s a safe place for any woman who has been through pain to release, grow, and step into who she was always meant to be.”

Ime’unique Johnson, 31
